Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

According to the Conference policy, the proceeding will be published instead of the abstract book. The conference proceeding will be published up to the conference sessions for the convenience of the participants and the best dissemination via internet, since the proceeding paper will be freely available on-line.

The language of proceedings is ENGLISH. All papers should be prepared in strict accordance with the template. The proceeding paper volume is:
- invited or review - 2-6 pages;
- plain oral report or poster - 2-4 pages.

Steps to prepare a proceeding paper:
1. Download and install Century SchoolBook Font.
2. Download the conference paper template and open it in MS Word editor.
3. Following the instructions in the template prepare your manuscript. Use PACS indexes list to define PACS of your paper, and list of journals abbreviation to prepare references.

When You have your proceeding paper prepared, You should:
1. Register in the conference web-site using this link.
2. Submit Your proceeding paper via the web-interface. Please, be patient here, and complete four submissions steps
Step 1: Start
Please, check carefully Your track (i.e. section) and type of presentation (poster or oral). This information is very important for the conference program. Note: Problems with Internet Explorer were reported. If you can't pass this step and use Internet Explorer, try to use another browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox)
Step 2: Upload Submission
On this step, please, upload the proceeding file, that was prepared within all the requirements.
Step 3: Enter Metadata
Please, carefully input all metadata in an absolute accordance with uploaded file. All the authors of the report should be input into the metadata. Also, please, declare the full institutions addresses as well as in the proceeding paper manuscript. The language of the metadata is ENGLISH.
The 200 words abstract (plain text only) will be posted on this site to give another participants on-line information about Your report. It will not be printed anywhere. It's important to note, that the text of 200 words abstract should correspond to the abstract in the proceeding paper.
Step 4: Confirmation
Please, don't forget to confirm all Your previous actions in this step. Otherwise the organizing committee will not be possible to see Your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
2. I confirm, that all the items in the references list of my submission are in English. 
   

3. On acceptance for publication I transfer to Sumy State University non-exclusive licence for the full term of copyright for

   • Publication of submitted proceeding and distribution of printed copies.
   • Distribution of electronic copies and metadata for all electronic media and formats (posting on the Conference official web-site, any e-print services and electronic databases or repositories).
4. I guarantee that the submitted manuscript does not infringe upon a copyright of any third party.

Copyright Notice

Authors who submit to this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
c) In addition, authors are encouraged to post and share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) at any point before and after the conference.
